
Thomas Dubinin
Thomas Dubinin has worked as a consultant on many prominent litigations and business consulting engagements including consumer product safety and performance; environmental damage; class actions alleging disparate impact in insurance, lending and wages; and patent and intellectual property matters involving pharmaceutical inventions.
His area of expertise is in the statistical and mathematical analysis of data. This expertise includes damage analysis; survey design, analysis and administration; U.S. and international credit card market analysis; meta-analysis; profitability and forecasting; automobile safety and valuation; regression analysis; survival analysis; and large-data analysis.
Prior to joining Cirque Analytics, he was a statistical analyst for Wecker Associates with twenty-one years of experience. He is a thirty-year veteran of the United States Army Reserve having served both enlisted and commissioned in logistics, combat engineering, and information operations both stateside and in Iraq and Afghanistan supporting Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.
