Cirque Analytics Principal Consultant Dr. Nancy Mathiowetz provided testimony on behalf of defendant Plaid, with Josh Brown managing the team’s analysis. In her report and testimony, Dr. Mathiowetz identified key methodological flaws in the plaintiff’s likelihood of confusion survey.

Following deposition testimony and before trial, the parties entered into a confidential settlement agreement.
