Trademark Infringement & Corrective Advertising Damages Related to Russian Ballet Shoes

This case involved accusations of breach of contract, false advertising, and trademark infringement in the market for high-end Russian ballet shoes.

Assisted by project manager Josh Brown, Cirque Analytics Vice President D. Scott Bosworth was retained by the defendant to address plaintiff’s claim of corrective advertising damages. Mr. Bosworth reviewed case-specific and issued a report responding to plaintiff’s expert’s opinions and calculations. Mr. Bosworth then testified in deposition regarding his opinions.

The parties ultimately entered into a confidential settlement.
