Damages Analysis Related to Clothing Trim Business

In a case that spanned nearly a decade and involved two separate jury trials, Cirque Analytics was retained by counterclaimant tagTrends, Inc to calculate damages related to the alleged theft of a business in the clothing trim industry.

D. Scott Bosworth, a Vice President at Cirque Analytics, was retained in this matter and testified in deposition and trial in 2015. After a new trial was granted in 2022, Mr. Bosworth was asked to testify a second time. To calculate damages, Mr. Bosworth and project manager Erick Delgado reviewed foreign and domestic financial records to evaluate firm profits. Additionally, Mr. Bosworth and Mr. Delgado conducted a forensic accounting analysis of bank transfers across multiple entities.
