Construction Defects Damages

Cirque Analytics was retained to address damages due to alleged construction defects in a hot water delivery system at a retirement community in Southern California.

D. Scott Bosworth, a Vice President at Cirque Analytics, was retained to testify, while Josh Brown managed the project and oversaw the data analysis and staff work product. Working alongside engineering experts, the team addressed numerous aspects of damages, including water use, energy generation, and repair and replacement costs. Mr. Bosworth submitted an expert report on damages, and then testified in deposition regarding his opinions.

Following his deposition in this case, parties reached a settlement just prior to trial in 2024.
