I am an applied economist with 25 years of international consulting experience in litigation and dispute resolution, policy research, and socio-economic impact assessments. My work spans key economic sectors including financial services, information communication technologies, manufacturing, construction, transportation, healthcare, pharmaceutical, food and beverages, and media and entertainment.
I conduct economic analysis and submit expert reports in antitrust/competition law proceedings including merger filings, commercial disputes, and international arbitration, in the US, UK, and India.
My work in regulatory, policy, and socio-economic impact analysis focuses on issues relating to international trade, competition, financial inclusion, infrastructure, and technology on behalf of national governments, multilateral and bilateral agencies, non-governmental organizations, trade associations, and multinational corporations.
My studies highlighting the impact of investments in semiconductor related research on the US economy, impact of introducing legal sector reforms in India, competition impacts of regulatory reforms in the Indian civil aviation sector, have influenced legislation, policy and regulatory reforms.
I have been recognized as “Who’s Who – Competition Economics,” by Global Competition Review for the past several years.
