Phi joined Cirque’s DC office after graduating from the University of Virginia with a double major in both Economics and Public Policy.
Phi’s previous analysis work includes predictive market reports, macroeconomic modeling, veteran’s care, and criminal justice sentencing. He has also contributed to some written pieces such as:
