Eric Goldstein has ten years of experience providing economic and data analysis in support of litigation. He has worked on a variety of matters, including antitrust, discrimination, consumer protection, and commercial damages litigation, and has provided support in a variety of litigation contexts including class certification, damages and liability, class action claims administration and claims auditing, mediation and settlement, and arbitration. Eric has extensive experience in data modelling, SAS and Stata programming, damage analysis, and processing and analysis of big data.
