Experience
Scott Bosworth has 17 years of experience as both a testifying expert and a consulting expert in a broad range of matters involving intellectual property (franchise rights, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, and patents), competition/antitrust matters, numerous other forms of commercial disputes, detailed cost and fee analyses, labor code violations, and injury/death matters. He has provided expert testimony, opinions, and analysis in both individual and class-action matters, and has given trial testimony in Federal and State courts and in arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Bosworth was a recipient (along with his Cirque Analytics colleagues) of the American Antitrust Institute’s 2023 award for Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement in Economics. Mr. Bosworth has authored several articles related to damages analysis, and has given numerous presentations on economic damages and expert analysis for bar associations, industry organizations, and law firms.
Mr. Bosworth holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Utah State University, where he has also taught courses in economics and finance. He holds the designation of CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute. Prior to joining Cirque Analytics, he was a Vice President at Nathan Associates.
Outside of work, he is an avid distance runner and enjoys spending time with his three incredible kids and his aussiedoodle “BMO.”
